What’s your return policy?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

What if there is damage or issues?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, contact us at Contact@KerriLaneShow.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.  Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let  us know at Contact@KerriLaneShow.com within the 14-day return window after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
